Kraice Happy Kitchen Taiyaki Odango Instractions
If you’re a fan of Japanese sweets, this is most definitely the DIY kit for you!
This kit includes everything you need to make the miniature candy versions of four traditional Japanese sweets.
Enjoy a chocolate cream ‘taiyaki’ fish shaped cake, try the ‘ichigodaifuku’ with its delicious strawberry candy wrapped in a rice cake, eat the three pieces of ‘mitarashidango’ on a skewer, and sample a cup of refreshing ‘ramune’ soda to wash it all down! This kit has it all!

Kraice happy kitchen taiyaki odango use only all natural colorings and no preservatives. It only use safety-guaranteed ingredients.
Use scissors to cut off a tray!
Make a strawberry jelly
Add a spoon of water into a strawberry mold. Put the “strawberry jelly mix” and mix with a pick well.
※Wait 10 minutes and the jelly is set.
Make rice cakes
Pour water up to the line on the side of the tray Put the “rice cake mix,” mix it well pushing it with a spoon. When combined, take out all on the “small plate sheet.” Press and knead it about 30 times in your hand. When rice cake is made, divide it in half.
①For strawberry daifuku
Expand one rice cake according to the “strawberry difuku size” in the “small plate sheet.”
②For mitarashi dango
Divide the other rice cake into three and make 3 round balls according to the “dango size.”
Make a taiyaki
Add 4 spoons of water into the tray Put the “taiyaki mix,” mix it unitl no lumps of flour are left, and put the dough up to the line in the right and the left taiyaki molds.
Tap the flat part of the tray’s bottom 10 times to remove air to spread the dough over the mold.
※After microwave cooking, cool it.
Please be careful about where to put the Taiyaki mold
For microwave without a turntable.Place in the middle.

|500W About 40 sec.|
|600W About 30 sec.|

Make chocolate cream
Add 2 spoons of water into the tray .Put “chocolate cream mix” and mix it well.
Now, put a finish!
Place a half spoon of chocolate cream in the middle of rice cake. Use a pick to release strawverry jelly from the mold and place the jelly on the chocolate cream.
Hold sides of rice cake to cover the jelly and cream.
Slowly peel off taiyaki around the mold and push the back of the mold to take taiyaki.
If you cannnot take it out smoothly, use a pick!
Put chocolate cream between the two crust parts of taiyaki.
Add 2 spoons of water into the right taiyaki mold. Put the “mitarashi souce mix” there and mix it.
Put dango into a pick.
Turn dango on the mold and use a spoon to cat with the sauce.
Add water up to 1cm below the top of the cup. Put and mix the “ramune mix” well.
Place on the small plate sheet!
